What cookies we use

We use a single session cookie named cvg_session. This cookie is strictly necessary for the service to function. It keeps you signed in and links anonymous resumes to your browser session. It is deleted when you close your browser.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (which pages are viewed, where visitors arrive from, and what kind of device they use). It sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_<id>, which distinguish one visitor from another and last up to two years.

These cookies are not necessary for the service to work: block them and the resume builder still functions normally. The data collected is processed by Google. Refer to Google's privacy policy for their own data handling practices.

Third-party cookies

We do not embed advertising cookies. Aside from the analytics cookies described above, we use no third-party tracking pixels. Google Sign-In functionality may set Google's own cookies on the Google-hosted sign-in pages; these are governed by Google's cookie policy.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies via your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will prevent you from signing in and may stop the resume autosave from working correctly.
