Full preview of the Béton resume template

The Béton template is built out of grey blocks and right angles, the way a project plan is built out of phases. A solid slab of concrete grey runs across the top of the page carrying your name in large white type and your title in pale capitals, with a square portrait set in a white bay beside it; directly underneath, a band of light grey splits into four equal cells holding your contact details, so the whole identity block reads as one poured structure. The body is a single column: each section opens with a thick grey slab and a label tabbed in concrete capitals, roles and qualifications set their title on the left with dates aligned right, achievements are marked with small square bullets, skills are laid out two to a line and languages carry written levels. There is no colour beyond the greys, which is deliberate — the page stays perfectly legible photocopied, faxed or printed in black and white, as construction, engineering and operations paperwork usually is. It suits project managers, site and operations leads and engineers who want structure to read at arm's length. Apart from the photo it is ATS-friendly, and removing the photo makes it completely ATS-safe. Every field is inline-editable in the browser, and the exact same layout is used when you export to PDF.
