Full preview of the Compact resume template

The Compact template is built for candidates with a long work history who need to fit more onto a single page without feeling cramped. It uses a smaller type scale than our Classic template, tighter spacing between entries, and a two-column skills list so your qualifications take up less vertical space. Thin horizontal rules separate each section, keeping the page organized while staying visually quiet. Compact is a strong fit for senior professionals, career-changers summarizing multiple roles, or anyone who has been told their resume is running long. Every field is inline-editable in the browser, and the exact same layout is used when you export to PDF, so the density you see while editing is exactly what will print.
